Longarm Request Form

Thank you for choosing ladybird stitch co. for your longarm quilting! We are super excited to finish your quilt and will do whatever we can to make your experience the best ever!

Turnaround time is currently about 14–15 weeks.

Contact Information

We will use your email and text to communicate with you throughout the quilting process. Email for intro, invoicing, etc. Text for any quick questions while prepping, quilting, or finishing your project!

Quilt Information

Please note: Backings and battings MUST be at least 4 inches larger than the quilt on each side. This allows for pinning to the longarm rails, minor tension checks, and clamping.

Quilt back needs to be 4 inches larger than the quilt on all 4 sides. Example: a 60x80 quilt needs a 68x88 backing.

When supplying your own batting, the size must be 4 inches larger on all sides. All batting color is Natural.

ladybird stitch co. uses 40wt Glide thread. If there is something you are specifically looking for, please leave it in the comments section. When choosing a color family, we will text you a picture of the different color options and you can choose — or leave it up to us!
